USO of Central Ohio


.	Would you like to volunteer your time or services to help USO help our military men and women? There are several areas where volunteers can help. We have volunteers who serve at the Port Columbus airport lounge as well as the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in Gahanna. We are also seeking volunteers who may have computer skills or administrative experience. The staff at the airport lounge volunteer for about 4 hours per shift. Some volunteers serve one day each week and some serve less often. It's all up to the volunteer. They assist military travelers and help keep the lounge neat and supplied. Training is provided. The MEPS lounge is open from 7am-noon and the volunteers perform similar duties. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. There is no maximum age. We also need volunteers who can help with administrative tasks. These services may require some office time at our facility in Whitehall but work may also be performed at home.
