The USO of Central Ohio is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to support troops in a 55 county area in central and southern Ohio.  We providing morale, welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform and their families.

Many people believe USO is only Bob Hope shows. While the USO does recruit entertainers to visit military bases around the world, our mission in Central Ohio is different.

We serve the needs to local military units. We staff three USO lounges in Central Ohio and provide snacks as well as a welcome home to those who serve.

Additionally, we provide financial support to the many Family Services programs that are performed by the Ohio National Guard and Army, Air Force, Marine and Navy Reserves. We assist with deployment events and "welcome home" celebrations.

USO is NOT a government agency and does not receive federal government funding.
